'The Magic Roundabout', properly the Plough Roundabout after a former pub situated in Moor End, was the first of its kind in the country. The building beyond, formerly the Kodak Tower, remains Hemel Hempstead's tallest building. It now consists of 455 one and two bedroomed flats, and in 2009 won an award for 'The Best High Rise Development in the UK.'
