The non-working pump has survived through to 2005 and stands somewhat forlornly in the footpath, without its protective wooden casing. The previous rough track serving the buildings is now fully surfaced; it loops around the green and is sought out for its free parking.

Taken shortly after the 1920 move of the newly encased pump to a safer position on the edge of the green, this view also includes the rough track serving the premises behind the green. To the right of the track is the yard where Nash's Stores parked their delivery van, next to the creeper-covered end wall of the Church Houses.
