2017. Kenricks was named for the Rev. Scawen Kenrick. The original building dates from 1725 and was the rectory of Hambleden until 1938. The family's rather grand mausoleum is now crumbling in the village churchyard. The eight-bedroom house is Grade II listed. Flint from the ruined wing of the Old Rectory was used in 1848 to build the parish church of St John the Evangelist at Frieth.
