Another Grade II listed building near Latchmore Pond, West Common, and now split into several dwellings. Formerly called Latchmoor, the house became the original vicarage after the building of St. James parish church. Part of the house later became a studio in the 1880s used by the artist Peter Graham who grazed highland cattle on the Common.
