This is Dyrham Park near Bath. It was the home of William Blathwayt, a diplomat and politician in the late 17th/early 18th century.

Buildings like this were designed as a statement in the landscape and that point is sometimes missed when people do a front-facing architectural shot. Here the splendour of the trees are a great reminder of how man can integrate well without destroying the natural lines in the world around a building.
