It is not often that I get up early for my photography, although I know I should. When I heard that there were going to be Morris Dancers at the Red Lion in Penn to welcome in Mayday, I just knew I had to be there. There was a lovely atmosphere and it is a great setting when there are not many cars around. I really like the energy and enthusiasm that the dancers throw into their activity. Sadly a couple of years after I took the photo the dancing stopped here.
