There was briefly a second SCV group working on sites other than Ewelme. One of these was at Higginson Park in Marlow. A short distance upstream, Bisham church stands on the opposite bank of the Thames. This lovely view first came to my notice several years ago when contributing to the "Rambling for Pleasure Along the Thames" book. It is heart-warming to know that a young married couple have a large print of this photograph in the lounge of their house to remind them of their wedding day at the same church. November 2011
