Skirting the 2014 eastern boundary of Luton we look across to the Wigmore housing estate. The last major development here was in the 1980s, expanding the housing estate out to the Hertfordshire boundary. In 2013 a planning application was made to build over 1,000 new homes here, within Hertfordshire, from the Wigmore estate out to the road from Cockernhoe to Tea Green. GR 131226
