Indoor meetings
We hold indoor meetings from 10.30am to 12.30pm in the Lounge at the Amersham Community Centre in Chiltern Ave, Amersham new town, click here for a map. Free parking is available at weekends in the nearby Council Offices car park to the south of the Centre on the south side of King George V Road.
The next PhotoGroup meeting is at 10.30am on Saturday 7 January 2012 in the Lounge at the Amersham Community Centre. There will be two illustrated talks:
Ian Bullock - 'Chiltern Churches - a ramble through the archive'
Keith Hoffmeister - 'From Pictures to Presentations'. The inside story of how Keith's simple idea led to him playing a leading role in the Chiltern Society's campaign against high speed trains (HS2) blasting through the Chilterns
Then, at the same time and location, on Saturday 3 March 2012:
Mark Jordan, an Amersham-based professional photographer, will show us photographs from his portfolio of Chiltern subjects.
You are very welcome to join in our photographic activities. Come to our informal morning meetings that usually reflect the photographic work we are doing in the Chilterns and see how you like our very non-camera club style. We welcome newcomers and hope that you will enjoy the social side of our meetings as much as the pictures you see.
