Continue along the gravel lane and after 50m turn right by six-bar gate down footpath. Ignore another footpath to the right and continue through the woods, see photo. Bear left with the barbed wire fence on your left. Turn left in front of the beech tree with two-way arrow painted in white on the trunk (GM20). The footpath turns right along the side of some houses on the outskirts of South Heath.
