This row of 18th century cottages, 74-82 London End, is typical of the Old Town. Note the lovely colours in the brickwork and the old clay tiled roof. The cottage on the far right was once a shop. The windmill which used to stand behind this row became derelict and was eventually demolished in the 1960s.
