PhotoGroup outing Friday 12 May 2017
Our next outdoor meeting will be to the area west of Henley-on-Thames, where our base will be the Maltsters Arms at Rotherfield Greys (RG9 4QD). We will meet at 10.30 am and explore six more local villages, all within a 5 miles radius: Greys Green, Shepherd’s Green, Peppard Common, Rotherfield Peppard, Kidmore End, and Checkendon. Lunch will be at 1pm.
This outing will cover more areas than usual, and will require some travelling between locations. Because of this it may be desirable to share out locations between photographers. Depending on the number attending I will invite members to choose perhaps two or three villages to photograph. Of course, you can visit other locations after lunch if you wish.
There are very attractive churches in three of the villages, Rotherfield Peppard, Kidmore End and Checkendon, and arrangements are being made for them to be open.
