Bovingdon

The village, 4 miles southwest of Hemel Hempstead, is medieval in origin. It has expanded since 1940 and has a large commuter population. Near the village is a disused former WWII airfield on which now stands The Mount prison. Most of the photographs were taken by Edna Sansom in 2011.
